Kitamura is the Japanese restaurant and you can eat mainly dishes made of rice cake. You can enjoy viewing Kamo-gawa River eating. There are “Jyako-mochi” (boiled and dried baby sardines on rice cake), “Tarakomochi” (rice cake with salted cod roe sauce) and other unique dishes. In zoni (soup containing rice cakes), there are small potatoes and mustard. “Omocha-bako” includes various Obanzai (homemade cooking in Kyoto) in two wooden boxes.
